This fun class provides an introduction into a couple of our core aerial apparatus (Hammock. + Lyra) for ABSOLUTE BEGINNER-NEWLY BEGINNER students or those wanting to review the fundamentals of Aerial Arts. 

TO BRING - T-shirt or long sleeve shirt to protect underarms and waist from silk burn, and for silk hygiene. Socks are also to be worn for hammock.
