This is our 4-week course providing an introduction into our core aerial apparatus (Hammock, Lyra, Trapeze, and Silks) for ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS or those wanting to review the fundamentals of Aerial Arts
TO BRING - T-shirt or long sleeve shirt to protect underarms and waist from silk burn, and for silk hygiene. Socks are also to be worn for hammock.
