Hammock Skills L1 for BEGINNER AND ABOVE students after completing Intro to Aerial Arts course or equivalent.
Enjoy the spin and flow of our aerial arts hammock class. Connect stunning poses seamlessly with interesting transitions to create fun and flowing mini sequences.
TO BRING - T-shirt or long sleeve shirt to be worn to protect underarms and waist from silk burn, and for silk hygiene. Socks are also required for hammock.
