Enjoy the spin and flow of our mixed aerial arts classes. Connect stunning poses seamlessly with interesting transitions to create fun and flowing mini sequences using the silks.
Suitable for BEGINNER-INTERMEDIATE AND ABOVE students after completing intro to aerials course or equivalent.
TO BRING - T-shirt or long sleeve shirt to protect underarms and waist from silk burn, and for silk hygiene.
